How it works

Set up once. Sync whenever you want.

Choose the supported data you want. FitSend securely moves it from Google Health to the Health app, then lets you follow it on your iPhone. Nothing is sent back to Google.

  1. Connect Google Health

Sign in with Google and approve read-only access. That connection is your FitSend sign-in, so there is no separate account to create.

  2. Choose what syncs

Pick from the supported data types, then allow FitSend to write the matching types in the Health app. Nothing else moves.

  3. Sync

Tap Sync Latest and follow progress while FitSend works. With PRO, FitSend also syncs in the background when iOS allows.

  4. Follow your day

Daily summaries, sleep details, charts, and trends. They are calculated on your iPhone and never uploaded.

FitSend shows sync progress and recent status. New readings can take time to appear when a source or iOS background delivery is delayed.

Built on exactness

Sync you don’t have to babysit.

A health total is only worth keeping if you can trust it. So FitSend is strict about what it writes, and says so plainly when it can’t write something.

  • Built to prevent duplicates

Sync again without stacking another copy of the same measurement. FitSend checks what it already added before writing to the Health app.

  • Corrections follow

When Google Health revises a supported reading, FitSend can replace its earlier copy instead of stacking another one. Deletions affect only records FitSend wrote.

  • Gaps stay gaps

If the source has no data for an hour, the Health app shows no data for that hour. FitSend never estimates, backfills with guesses, or inflates totals.

  • Honest about limits

Some Fitbit numbers have no true equivalent in the Health app. Active Zone Minutes are one: they are not the same thing as Exercise minutes, so FitSend reports them as unsupported instead of squeezing them into the wrong field.

What syncs

Eighteen data types, five families.

You choose which ones move. Each keeps its original timing, and nothing syncs without your permission for that category.

  • Activity

Steps and energy arrive as timed intervals through the day, never as one made-up daily total. Workouts keep their type, duration, and timing.

  • Heart & fitness

Heart rate is written at the moment each reading was taken. Resting heart rate, compatible HRV, and VO₂ max come along when the source has them.

Each night arrives as a full session with its stages intact, plus blood oxygen and respiratory rate where they were recorded.

Read the privacy policy
  • No name or email required

No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no data brokers, no selling. Your health data is never used for pricing, profiling, or “partners.”

  • Leave completely, any time

Disconnect Google or delete your account in the app. Primary data is gone within 24 hours, backups within 30 days, and you decide whether the Health app copies stay.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Something else on your mind? Support has more, and a person reads every message.

Does FitSend work with Fitbit and Fitbit Air?

Yes, with one thing to know: FitSend doesn’t talk to the tracker itself. Your Fitbit syncs to the Fitbit app as usual, that data becomes available through Google Health, and FitSend picks it up from there. Keep the Fitbit app installed and syncing.

Does anything get sent back to Google or Fitbit?

No. FitSend’s access to Google Health is read-only, and it writes only to the Health app on your iPhone. Nothing FitSend does changes your Google or Fitbit data.

How much history can I bring over?

Free syncs your latest day of supported data, as often as you like. PRO imports all available history for the data types you select, and resumes from saved progress if an import is interrupted.

Why do you call automatic sync “best-effort”?

Because that’s the truth on iOS. Apple decides when apps may run in the background, so automatic sync usually lands quickly but is never guaranteed to the minute. Opening FitSend checks for updates and catches up when Google Health and iOS are available.

Will my totals in the Health app get inflated or doubled?

FitSend uses stable record identities to prevent repeat syncs from creating another copy. Supported source corrections replace the FitSend copy, and source deletions remove only records FitSend created. Data from other apps is never touched.

What actually happens if I delete my account?

Deletion runs from inside the app, and it’s real: your account, Google connection, and sync state are erased from primary systems within 24 hours, and from encrypted backups within 30 days. You choose whether the data already written to the Health app stays on your iPhone or goes with it. Full details here.

Is FitSend a medical app?

No. FitSend moves your fitness data and shows wellness insights. It does not diagnose, treat, or alert, and it’s not a substitute for medical advice or devices.
