How can we help?

Start with the quick answers below. If they don’t solve the problem, email us; a person reads every message.

We aim to reply within two business days. Please don’t include health readings or screenshots of health data. We never need them to help you. Describe what you did, what you expected, and what the app showed instead.

Quick answers

My latest data isn’t showing up

FitSend can sync only data that is available in Google Health. Check these steps in order:

  1. Open Google Health and confirm your latest data appears there.
  2. Open FitSend and tap Sync Latest.
  3. Check Connection in FitSend: if Google needs re-authorization, the app says so and offers reconnect.
  4. Check the category is enabled in FitSend and authorized in both Google Health and the Apple Health app.

Automatic (PRO) sync is best-effort by iOS design: background runs usually land within minutes, but Apple schedules them, not us.

Numbers look different in another app

Google Health, the Health app, and wearable apps can summarize the same records differently because of time zones, day boundaries, and source priorities. FitSend preserves supported source records and does not invent estimates or fill missing intervals.

A category I expected isn’t available

Categories ship only after they pass our device-level verification, and some Google data has no faithful Health app equivalent. The app’s category list is the source of truth for what your version supports, and the compatibility report shows what exists in your Google data but can’t be represented.

How do I manage or cancel PRO?

Apple handles all billing. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FitSend. Prices and renewal dates are shown there, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I disconnect Google?

In FitSend, open Settings and choose Disconnect Google. This revokes FitSend’s access and erases the stored connection and sync state on our side. Your records in the Health app stay untouched, and you can reconnect later with a fresh authorization.

How do I export or delete my data?

Both live in the app’s Settings. Export hands you a JSON copy of everything our servers hold about your account. Delete account erases it all; see exactly what deletion does.
